You do not have to register or log into Horse-Lobos.com to browse the content and products. However, you must log in to make a purchase since it ensures accuracy, purchase security, and allows us to better serve you.
Horse-Lobos.com offers our customers free and instant Internet downloads for most of our prepackaged digital products: horse clip art, headers, backgrounds, ebooks, and horse business reports.
On our custom logo orders we offer free shipping, and will mail your three logo file CD's by USPS Priority Post (United States Postal Service) when mailed in the US.
For all International orders I mail your package through USPS.
Order Processing Times
This varies with different products. Custom orders take the longest and depends a lot on customer feedback and design adjustments. Stock digital download products (like horse clip art and e-reports) the fastest with instant downloads available after purchase.
Order Status & Shipment Tracking Information
When you complete your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation, this will also contain a link to our order tracking section of our website, you are also able to access the order information section from our website by logging in with your username & password you created when you placed your order. Shipment tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of the shipment date.
Product Returns
Sorry but becuase of the nature of custom work and digital products I cannot accept returns. I will replace CDs or zip files that are not functioning correctly.As always, if you have any questions or concerns, just contact me
